Overview

Litter picks are a great way to help keep your local area tidy whilst also helping the environment.

Whether you choose to volunteer in litter picking on your own, or with family and friends, it can be a very enjoyable and rewarding experience that gives back to nature. You might have noticed that your street, local park, beach, or landmark could benefit from a clean up. No matter if you spend 10 minutes or 2 hours litter picking, it all helps make a huge difference towards protecting wildlife.

Thanks to funding from Sea-Changers, we are pleased to be able to offer litter picking equipment FREE of charge for any volunteers who wish to take part in collecting litter around the local area. To book, simply visit our Crew at Reception and pick up a kit. Please return all the equipment provided back to us. Collections/returns must be made during our opening hours (10am-5pm daily, except Christmas Eve & Christmas Day).

If you plan to borrow a large volume of equipment for a group/school litter pick, please email info@thedeep.co.uk

Don't forget to fill out and return our Record Sheet to let us know what you found and how much you found!
